The watermelon flavor is genuinely refreshing—not fake or syrupy—and it dissolves without any gritty bits at the bottom. I’ve been adding it to my water bottle during afternoon feeds and it’s become the little boost I look forward to.

I was skeptical about coconut water mixes, but the strawberry lemonade flavor is so refreshing and natural-tasting. It mixes in without any gritty residue, and I actually feel hydrated after my morning workout.
