Earth Mama Organics 牛奶女工茶

I brew it iced almost every afternoon now, and the fragrant herbal blend is surprisingly refreshing even without sweetener. My milk supply has definitely felt more consistent since I started drinking a cup daily.

The minty scent is really soothing when I brew it hot before bed. It's helped me feel more at ease, and I've noticed a gentle increase in my supply over the past week. Only wish the bags were a bit stronger for a deeper flavor.

I was a little skeptical, but this tea has genuinely helped with my milk supply since I started drinking it iced each afternoon. The flavor is pleasant and herbal, not bitter like some others I've tried. My only small complaint is that I wish the bags were a bit stronger for a bigger mug.
