The classroom scenes feel so real—my daughter pointed at the illustrations and said "that's just like my school!"—a perfect conversation starter about kindness and inclusion.

We read this before bed last night and my daughter kept pointing at the illustrations of the school day, especially the lunchroom scene. The message is simple but it really landed—she asked why everyone is welcomed, which sparked a great talk. It's become an instant favorite in our rotation.

My 5-year-old asked to read it twice in a row, which is always a good sign. The illustrations are bright and diverse, really showing different kinds of families. Only wish the rhyming was a bit more consistent.
