The cards are thick and the holes are perfectly sized for little fingers, my three-year-old has been practicing with them every morning. The baby animal illustrations are charming and keep her engaged while she works on her fine motor skills.

My toddler loves threading the laces through the bunny card, and the sturdy cardboard has held up well to daily use. The hand-painted illustrations are a nice touch, though I wish the set had a few more animals for the price.

The cards are beautifully illustrated and very sturdy, so they can take a toddler's enthusiastic handling. My only small wish is that the laces were a tiny bit longer to make the tying step easier, but otherwise it's great for practicing fine motor skills.
