COUNTING IN THE GARDEN celebrates the joy of growing flowers, fruits, and vegetables in one's very own garden. This hardcover book is a visual feast from one to twelve. Young children will love finding and counting all of the garden treats. Every other page introduces a new plant or animal into the mix until ultimately all twelve additions are featured together in the final, abundantly overgrown garden. COUNTING IN THE GARDEN is sure to appeal to eco-conscious parents and their "green" little kids.

Mia ★★★★★

My toddler asks for this one every night now—the counting from one to twelve with all the fruits and vegetables keeps her pointing and giggling at the pages. The hardback cover has held up through some serious bedtime drool and page-turning chaos, which is saying a lot.

Victoria B. ★★★☆☆

The illustrations from one to twelve are bright and engaging, but my child lost interest halfway through the counting. The hardback binding feels sturdy for little hands, though. It’s a nice book, just not a daily favorite here.
