Hatch Restore 3 サンライズアラームクロック

The sunrise simulation gradually brightens in a way that feels much more natural than my old alarm clock, and I’ve been waking up without that groggy feeling. The wind-down library has enough variety to keep me from getting bored with the same track every night.

The wind-down sounds are incredibly soothing—I use the rain track every night and fall asleep faster than I used to. It’s made a real difference in my morning mood, too.

The gradual sunrise simulation is way more effective at waking me up than a blaring alarm—it takes about 30 minutes to reach full brightness, which is perfect. I've been falling asleep faster by following the wind-down program, and the soft amber light doesn't feel harsh on my eyes at all.
