Legendairy Milk - Liquid Gold 60 caps

My milk supply noticeably increased within a few days of starting these—the goat's rue seems to really work for me. I’m finally able to pump enough to keep ahead of my baby’s appetite.

Finally, something that actually makes a difference. I've been taking these capsules for about a week and noticed a steady increase in my milk supply, especially with the goat's rue, which I appreciate being organic.

The six organic herbs seemed solid, but I didn't notice a dramatic change in my supply—just a modest bump. It took about a week to see any effect, which was a bit slower than I'd hoped.
