في الليلة التي ولدت فيها

The rhyming text is so lyrical and comforting, my three-year-old actually sits still for the whole book. It's become our go-to bedtime story, and the illustrations are incredibly warm and magical.

I read this to my daughter every night and the poetic line about bringing "wonder and magic to the world" gets me choked up each time, no matter how tired I am. The message of unconditional love is so gentle and heartfelt, it's become our little bedtime ritual.

My toddler already has the board book version memorized, but I had to get this larger hardcover for the gorgeous full-page illustrations that really pop. It loses one star because the paper is a bit thin and prone to tearing with excited little hands.
